• Verification will take between 1 to 3 working days

• There are two options for bicycle rental

• SGD $100 deposit is required and refundable

• SG Bike Wallet top ups made by individuals prior to verification are strictly non-refundable

• For bicycle sharing service, availability of bicycles cannot be guaranteed 

• Indicate interest by applying on 8.sgbike.com.sg/foodpanda and our team will get back to you within 24 working hours.

• Did not get any message after? Check that you filled up the correct number OR email us at support@sgbike.com.sg to check with our team

• Depending on which option you pick, you may have to either:

  • Come down for physical bike collect or

  • Download the SG Bike app from App Store/Google Play 

• We will let you know more, so don't worry and do not turn up without an appointment!

Prepare necessary documents as requested​

• When everything is ready, you will be required to provide some documents as verification

• Some of them may include:

  • Taking screenshot of your foodpanda profile with proof of being a foodpanda cyclist/walker.

  • Identity verification documents (Take a selfie with your identification card and ensure that only the last 4 digits of your IC is visible) 

  • Preparing S$100 deposit to SG Bike 

• Once again, we will let you know more when we communicate with you

• With the final confirmation and verification completed, you will have access to a rent-free bicycle and can start your foodpanda journey! :)

• How do I find my foodpanda profile?

  • From the main page, go to the main menu -> Tap on “My Shifts” -> Within the window, enter the menu -> Tap on “My Profile” -> Take a screenshot of your profile
    (ensure that the relevant details are visible such as your name, mobile phone, and foodpanda ID) 

  • (Steps may change but the general direction should be correct)
     

• How to indicate that I am a registered walker/cyclist?

  • Take a screenshot of the available vehicle types you have registered via the foodpanda app.
