How to enjoy Free unlocks & usage?

  • Verification will take up to 1-3 working days

  • SG Bike Wallet top ups made by individuals prior to verification are strictly non-refundable

  • SGD $100 deposit is fully refundable

  • This is a bicycle sharing service, availability of bicycles cannot be guaranteed 

STEP 1: APPLICATION (ALREADY COMPLETED)

  • Indicate interest by applying on 8.sgbike.com.sg/foodpanda and our team will get back to you within 24 working hours

  • More information will be sent via WhatsApp/Email via a dedicated page (this page)

STEP 2: SETTING UP

  • Download the SG Bike app from App Store/Google Play 

  • Sign up for a SG Bike account

  • Add a credit/debit card (required to unlock bicycles)

  • Unsure on how to add card? You can refer to www.sgbike.com.sg/adding-card for more information!

STEP 3: VERIFICATION

Prepare and send 4 necessary documents via SG Bike WhatsApp Channel for foodpanda riders

  1. Take screenshot of your foodpanda profile
     

  2. Take screenshot of the proof of being a foodpanda cyclist/walker. View instructions below if you do not know how to get this proof.
     

  3. Bank transfer S$100 deposit to SG Bike and send the screenshot/proof back.

  4. Take a selfie with your identification card (ensure that only the last 4 digits of your IC is visible)
     

  5. Send all 4 requested documents via WhatsApp back to our team.

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION

  • We will update you via WhatsApp once the verification is completed. You will then be able to start unlocking bicycles for your deliveries!

Additional instructions 

  1. How do I find my foodpanda profile?

    From the main page, go to the main menu -> Tap on “My Shifts” -> Within the window, enter the menu -> Tap on “My Profile” -> Take a screenshot of your profile

    (ensure that the relevant details are visible such as your name, mobile phone, and foodpanda ID) 
     

  2. How to indicate that I am a registered walker/cyclist?
    Tap “I am available” -> Take a screenshot of the available vehicle types
