Terms and Conditions:

• A “Referrer” refers to an SG Bike user who has an existing account with SG Bike and has completed a ride before.

• A “Referee” refers to a new customer who has signed up for a new account with SG Bike.

• Each Referee can only have one Referrer. In the event of two Referrers referring to the same Referee, the earlier Referer’s referral will count based on time stamp. (i.e Referer A referred Friend C (Referee) at 1000 hours. Referrer B referred Friend C at 1030 hours. Only Referer A’s form submission will count)

• There is no limit to the number of Referees a Referrer can refer.

• Limited $28 Cash Ang Pow redemption available.

• Only valid and completed referral submissions meeting all requirements submitted on the SG Bike website www.sgbike.com.sg/referral will qualify for the referral rewards. 

• All valid referral submissions have to be submitted within the campaign period of 28 Jan 2022 0001 hours to 28 Feb 2022 2359 hours, GMT +8. 

• Referee has to create an account within 7 days(+/-) upon submission of the referral form. 

• Actions to qualify for the referral rewards including the successful completion of a trip (at least 1 minute) and the making of a single transaction (purchase of ride pass or top-up) will have to be completed before 28 Feb 2022, 2359 hrs. 

• Referral rewards for both the Referrer and Referee customer will be credited into their respective accounts at the end of the campaign, once the submission is validated at the discretion of SG Bike.

• For example, Referrer A referred Referee C by completing all valid details and submitting the referral form on 2 Feb 2022.  Referee C then proceeds to create an account on 4 Feb 2022 and completes a trip with SG Bike on 22 Feb 2022. Both Referrer A and Referee C are then qualified for a $2 credit top-up at the end of the campaign. 

• Other submission methods will not be considered.

• The referral programme is open to only Singapore citizens, permanent residents, international students, and holders of valid work permits residing in Singapore. All participants should be aged 18 years and above.

• SG Bike will reach out directly to the winners through their registered phone number and/or email addresses.

• SG Bike reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is in breach of any of Terms & Conditions.

• SG Bike reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice, and participants shall be bound to such changes.

• SG Bike reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant is in breach of any of Terms & Conditions.

• SG Bike reserves the right to recall the referral incentive if at any time, SG Bike, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud, collusion or other unlawful or illegal activity in relation to, and/or misuse of the participants SG Bike account.

• SG Bike reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions herein without prior notice, and participants shall be bound to such changes.
