1. FIND PARKING AREA
Did you have a good time? Make sure to return SG Bike to the designated parking areas! Such areas are indicated on our app with a "P" / grey icon.
Parking locations usually include bicycle racks and/or yellow boxes!
*Premium Series bicycles may be required to be returned within designated green zone areas! Check in-app.
2. LOCK UP BICYCLE
Simply push the lever down on the lock (and put the bicycle stand on)!
Sometimes the wheel spokes may prevent you from pushing the lock down. Simply adjust the wheel and try again!
3. CHECK APP
Once the bicycle is locked up, simply check your phone and tap on End Trip to continue! (give it a few seconds)
*If you do not see this option, you may have parked too far away from a designated parking area, so please unlock and move it closer to the designated parking area!
4. SCAN PARKING QR CODE
Now, just search for the nearest QR code you can find and scan it! It is usually located at the corner of the yellow box, or on the wall!
Scan the QR Code and your trip will end! :)
