ENDING TRIP

Did you have a good time? Make sure to return SG Bike to the designated parking areas! Such areas are indicated on our app with a "P" / grey icon.

 

Such locations usually include bicycle racks and/or yellow boxes! 

1. FIND PARKING AREA 

Once the bicycle is locked up, simply check your phone and tap on End Trip to continue!

 

*If you do not see this option, you may have parked too far away from a designated parking area, so please unlock and move it closer to the designated parking area!

 

3. CHECK APP

QR Code damaged or missing? Report via in-app or reach out to us directly.

Need to appeal a case? Tap into "Parking Appeals" via the menu

5. GOT A PROBLEM?

Simply push the red lever down on the lock (and put the bicycle stand on)!

 

Sometimes the wheel spokes may prevent you from pushing the lock down. Simply adjust the wheel and try again!​

2. LOCK UP BICYCLE

Now, just search for the nearest QR code you can find and scan it! It is usually located at the corner of the yellow box, or on the wall!

 

Scan the QR Code and your trip will end! :)
