2. Mangrove Forest
Immerse yourselves in nature by exploring the 6-hectare mangrove forest on the boardwalk. It is one of the two mangrove swamps (besides Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve) that is conserved in Singapore. Being home to a huge diversity of plants 🌱 and animals 🦀 such as breathing roots, mud crabs and mudskippers, get ready for a sensory-filled experience!

5. Maritime-inspired design HDBs (BONUS)
A little history about Pasir Ris, it is believed that the name is derived from the Malay words, “Pasir” and “Iris” which means “long sand” and “to slice and shred”. In the past, the town was filled with holiday bungalows and other resort establishments by the beach 🏝.
